Delivery Area
We currently provide free delivery for order over $300 to the Sydney Metropolitan areas, Wollongong/Nowra and Blue Mountains as per the delivery schedule below. Please note the schedule may change without prior notice, please contact our office should you wish to confirm the delivery day for your area.
Orders under $300 will incur a delivery fee of $20 +GST.**
**Please note that residential addresses may attract additional surcharges, we may not be able to service some residential addresses due to truck and road usage constraints.

Courier
- When you require urgent delivery outside the standard day as per the schedule above or where you are located outside of our delivery areas (for example, regional NSW or Interstate) our team can assist in arranging the items to be shipped by the courier at your expense. Courier fees will be charged as per quoted by the third-party courier service provider. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier to pick up the items from our warehouse. Please contact our office for more information.
Pick Up
- Our warehouse is located at Unit 2/42 Birnie Avenue, Lidcombe 2141. All items are available for pickup between 9:00am-2pm, Monday to Friday. We will pick and pack your order and set it aside in our pickup area of the warehouse.
- When you arrive at our premises, please proceed to the reception area to collect your Tax Invoice and to make any payments due.
- For pickup orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2 hours in advance prior to your intended collection time to reduce the waiting time and to ensure a smoother collection process. We welcome walk-in customers, however, the waiting time might be lengthy if the order was not placed prior to your arrival.
