RE: Freight Fee for Order Below $300
Dear Valued Customer,
After a thorough evaluation of our operational costs, specifically the increased labour and fuel costs over the past 24 months, we find it necessary to adjust the freight fee applicable to any orders that are below the $300.00 threshold to $30.00+GST.
Despite our continued efforts to absorb the increased operational costs, we find it imperative to align the freight fee with the current market. We assure you that this decision has not been taken lightly, and we have made every effort to minimise the impact on our valued customers. The minimum amount for free delivery will remain unchanged at $300.00 at this stage, and the above increase will only affect a small proportion of orders.
The new freight fee will come into effect on 1st March 2024. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this adjustment, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
