Changes to CBD Delivery Schedule

This notice is to inform you of an upcoming change in our “CBD Run” delivery schedule in various areas, as part of our continuous efforts to improve operational efficiency and provide better service to our customers.
Starting on the 14th of August 2023, we are proposing to adjust the delivery days of our “CBD Run” as follows:
Areas | Delivery Day |
Balmain, Rozelle and Annandale | Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only |
Newtown | Weekdays (except Tuesday) |
Bay/Bondi and Suburbs East of the Eastern Distributor | Tuesdays and Thursdays only |

After a thorough review and analysis of our delivery runs and order volume in your area, we have determined that implementing this new schedule will allow us to enhance the overall efficiency of our services and to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, avoiding delays.
While we understand that the previous daily delivery schedule was convenient for some customers, we believe that this change will ultimately lead to a smoother and more reliable delivery experience for everyone in the areas.
